Meisha Thrasher, MA

Meisha has 20 years of human service delivery, anchored in trauma-informed resilience strategies, justice organizing, and normalizing neurodivergent values. She is a trusted collaborator, self-compassion teacher, and intimacy coach who moves at the speed of trust and believes success and happiness are byproducts of healthy relationships.

David has over 20 years in organizational and leadership development and is often an expert voice in strategic planning for race relations, youth empowerment, and urban community unification. His direction of gang diversion programs fortifies his national reputation and his current focus supports educator resilience and corporate workgroup communication.

DC is deeply committed to Men and Boys of Color issues and facilitates community support groups for both populations. He has 14 years of community activism within residential and outpatient settings. DC helps families build bridges toward reunification and participates in public discourse to inspire men to recognize, interpret, and respond constructively to emotions.

Mylynn has been a member of this training program since 2020 and has contributed to our evolution in meaningful ways. She is the hub of our operations team and she contributes expertise to our systems development. Mylynn has been instrumental to our organization's morale, and our clinical training program culture. Mylynn uplifts our value for compassionate community care and supports our mission with attentive guidance to clients, peers, & partners.

Raina Brown, BS
Case Manager
Raina is a Lifestyle Coach and Community Peer Advocate who brings compassion and support to our clients, community partners, and current program participants. Her bachelor's degree in Clinical Social Work, Solara Lifestyle Training, and community investments in supportive peer counseling skills contribute to her success with intake interviews and client resourcing.

Raina is our Case Manager, and she has been mentored by this organization's founders since 2018 and is instrumental in our Diabetic Prevention Healing Circle development.

Eka has been a social justice advocate for youth for more than a decade. Her leadership skills translate into exceptional clinical care and peer mentorship. As a professional, Eka is committed to healing mental health stigma and bringing emotional awareness and self-attunement to communities of color. Eka supports healing past generational, systemic, and communal disparities within our training program and promotes safe and healthy grow-potential.
