NICOLE JOHNSON, MA

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #137992

Supervised by Maxine Hughes, LMFT #93757

Do you want to feel unstuck but find it difficult to take the necessary steps to level up? Having the courage to talk to someone is a brave first step. You are more than your anxious thoughts, traumatic experiences, or shortcomings. You are capable of moving past sadness, disappointments, or heartbreak. We will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties, and build a meaningful plan of action to achieve your desired outcomes. You can live your life out loud and on purpose.

You deserve a safe, nurturing, and attentive space and I know how to provide that. Growth happens when you can be seen, understood, and recognize that self-acceptance is the best skill nobody teaches us.

My lived experience and understanding of trauma allow me to support you in building solutions that challenge bad habits and nurture healthy life balance. If you are adulting or raising a family or building a career, the solution is always already within you. I am honored to be a member of a team that supports thriving on purpose, and I look forward to supporting you.

Nicole holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. The services provided by Nicole are supervised by Our Clinical Team
