You deserve a safe, nurturing, and attentive space and I know how to provide that. Growth happens when you can be seen, understood, and recognize that self-acceptance is the best skill nobody teaches us.
My lived experience and understanding of trauma allow me to support you in building solutions that challenge bad habits and nurture healthy life balance. If you are adulting or raising a family or building a career, the solution is always already within you. I am honored to be a member of a team that supports thriving on purpose, and I look forward to supporting you.
Nicole holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. The services provided by Nicole are supervised by Our Clinical Team.

By providing affordable mental health services and effective community programs we increase access and utilization of supportive services that contribute to improved adult, youth, and family functioning.
