Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee

I believe finding personal purpose in healing motivates deeper investments in mental health resources. When we gain a greater understanding of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors we can shape the lifestyles we deserve. I am a great guide for greater understanding of self and I often observe reduced distress and strengthened self-trust in the clients that work with me, I support problem-solving techniques and assist clients in expanding their positive coping abilities.
I especially enjoy working with youth and adulting individuals who experience difficulty with emotional regulation, depression, or anxiety. I am an English and Spanish speaking therapist who enjoys creating authentic practices grounded in CBT, mindfulness, and Somatic Therapy. The work works, but only when you create the workout that fits for you.
Most of us feel happy when we are more equipped to handle the many facets of life, cultivate wholesome relationships, and advance in our education or careers.I decided to work at growURpotential, where therapists with a focus on healing and justice collaborate to provide restorative services to our community.
Natali is currently enrolled in a Master's Degree Program for Clinical Psychology to become Marriage & Family Therapist with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. The services provided by Natali are supervised by Our Clinical Team.

We believe mental health care is a right, not a privilege. By providing affordable mental health services and effective community programs we increase access and utilization of supportive services that contribute to improved adult, youth, and family functioning. We are certain this will lead to fortified communities in Los Angeles.
