As a therapist, joining you on your path to growth and healing is a privilege. Life can be tough, and sometimes it's hard to cope with major changes or ongoing struggles. Recognizing negative thought patterns and beliefs affecting behavior is challenging without guidance. I'm here to offer support, especially for children, young adults, couples, and individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, academic and job-related stress, relationship problems, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy is based on building genuine connections and fostering acceptance and compassion. I use a personalized humanistic approach to help you feel heard, valued, and empowered. By working together, I aim to create a safe and supportive therapy relationship built on trust, respect, and growth.

As your therapist, my top priority is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered. I offer supportive therapy services that allow you to explore and process difficult emotions at your own pace. Taking care of yourself is a brave act of self-love, and I am honored to be part of growURpotential where we honor your journey.

Martha holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. The services provided by Martha are supervised by Our Clinical Team

We are a nonprofit community counseling agency, committed to expanding access to supportive services. With compassion, collaboration, and respect we provide affordable mental health care including programs that strengthen adults, youth, families, and communities.

We believe mental health care is a right, not a privilege. By providing affordable mental health services and effective community programs we increase access and utilization of supportive services that contribute to improved adult, youth, and family functioning. We are certain this will lead to fortified communities in Los Angeles.

We are sincerely grateful to Our Board Members for their support and invaluable guidance.
