If you've found your way here, it's likely because you're dealing with challenges that deeply affect you. You might be grappling with anxiety, caught in cycles of negative thoughts, or navigating through unresolved experiences from your past. In moments like these, we often yearn for clarity, resilience, and a genuine sense of peace. Imagine understanding your inner struggles with empathy, while also feeling a deep curiosity about your untapped potential. And above all, seeking to understand your thoughts and emotions and to find pathways to healing, connection, and inner strength.
We’ll focus on identifying and challenging cognitive distortions, exploring coping mechanisms and mindfulness. Together, we’ll rewrite the narratives that no longer serve you, reconnect you with your inner resilience, and celebrate every step of progress—no matter how small.
Whether you’re aiming to overcome anxiety, break free from negative thinking patterns, heal from past experiences, or deepen your practice of mindfulness, I am here to support you. I am honored to practice at growURpotential were therapists with healing-justice mindsets bring restorative care to our communities.
Hannah is currently enrolled in a Master's Degree Program for Clinical Psychology to become Marriage & Family Therapist with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. The services provided by Hannah are supervised by Our Clinical Team.
