Elyse Ndu

Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee

Legal name: Nkechi Ndu

Supervised by Tiffany Naumann, Psy.D # 51595

I honor the journey we are all on, it is my pleasure to walk with you, wherever you find yourself presently. I work from a holistic mindfulness approach that is whole-person focused. I guide from compassion, curiosity, and a desire to develop confidence in your own ability to expand self trust.

I believe healing is a collaborative and generative process of self-discovery grounded in internal wisdom. I will help you discover meaningful ways to express yourself, achieve better emotional regulation, and realize your strengths and potential. We will elevate self-compassion and nurture new habits that transform you into your own best friend, always moving at the speed that fits you.

My passionate nature is contagious and I am LGBTQ+ affirming, non-traditional couples, families, adults, and youth who struggle with disconnection, grief, addiction, adjusting, and life transitions are likely a good fit for me. I chose to practice at growURpotential because we can all heal on purpose.

Elyse is currently enrolled in a Master's Degree Program for Clinical Psychology to become Marriage & Family Therapist with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. The services provided by Elyse are supervised by Our Clinical Team.

We are a nonprofit community counseling agency, committed to expanding access to supportive services. With compassion, collaboration, and respect we provide affordable mental health care including programs that strengthen adults, youth, families, and communities.

We believe mental health care is a right, not a privilege. By providing affordable mental health services and effective community programs we increase access and utilization of supportive services that contribute to improved adult, youth, and family functioning. We are certain this will lead to fortified communities in Los Angeles.

We are sincerely grateful to Our Board Members for their support and invaluable guidance.
